The Reaper is a durable ranged unit whose scythe air slashes hit twice. His special can be used in emergencies to clear hordes of heroes. The reaper is unlocked after beating 4-2.
Behavior[]
The Reaper is a defensive unit that has a slightly lesser range than a lich or an archer. His regular attack has him swing his scythe, creating an air slash that hits first with a hitscan swing on tier 1, then 0.13s later, creates an air slash, however in tier 2 and 3, the order is reversed, and in tier 4, the delay between the air slash and the hitscan swing is 0.2s. Due to the reaper's survivability and moderate range, he can deal with many lethal targets.
Special[]
In tier 1, his special is called the "Reap Ray". The reaper prepares to zap the enemy with green lightning that damages all enemies in front of him within a range of 240, 0.53s after the special is cast. This special scales off critical and special, and has a recovery animation of 0.67s. (40 Souls)
In tier 2, his Reap Ray now is lime green, has a recovery animation of 0.6s, and poisons enemies for 40 dps for 3s. (50 Souls)
In tier 3, his Reap Ray now is purple, damages all enemies in front of him, 0.4s after the special is cast, and no longer poisons enemies, instead creating a vortex a distance of 255 from the reap with a radius of 70, 0.53s after the animation began, which lasts for 3s, and enemies that stand on top of the vortex will take 40 dps and be immobilized. (50 Souls)
In tier 4, his Reap Ray now is a light purple, and no longer damages enemies with an aoe, instead creating three vortexes a distance of 255 from the reap, one in the lane he's in and one for each adjacent lane, and another vortex a distance of 100 from the reap in the lane he's in, close vortex occurs 0.33s after the special is cast, bottom lane vortex 0.4s after, far middle lane vortex 0.47s after, and top lane vortex 0.53s after, with a recovery animation of 0.6s. (50 Souls)

Trivia[]
- In Legendary Wars, the Reap has a base damage stat of 35 and upgrades it by 2 per point, meaning that the Reap's damage output was greatly nerfed in Monster Wars.
- The tier 4 special doesn't deal area damage, because adding code that causes the special to deal area damage doesn't work.
